Well, at least England is giving the rest of the world an example of what happens at the end of this particular road.

I suspect though, there is only so far you can cheat on the foundations, to put more gold in the penthouse, before it does more than just trickle down.

The bankers are having their very own, "Let them eat cake." moment. At what point do the police and the military realize they are serving the wrong masters?

The problem for the bankers is they will cross that line before they realize it.

I'm actually hoping they do bring Assange back here for trial, because while they might want to make him an example, he might well make a perfectly good martyr. How about an Assange for President campaign? "He looked the Beast in the eye and didn't blink."

(Family lore is the name came from Robin Hood and his Merry men. The family church is Sherwood Episcopal. To top it off, my mother was a Warfield. Wallis was a distant cousin.)
