Well, there would be no need for all that Dark Matter, if the properties referred to as matter were the effect and synchronization is the cause.
That matter is an effect of gravity, not gravity a property of matter.
Light does seem to radiate to infinity and that is a good equalizer.
So the structure coalesces toward equilibrium/zero, while the light radiates toward infinity.
What does actually fall into black holes, rather than breaking down and radiating out first, is shot out the poles as quasars. Which are like giant lasers and lasers are synchronized light waves.
Current cosmology argues space itself expands, otherwise we would have to be at the center of the universe, given cosmic redshift is proportional to distance in all directions. Or it could be an optical effect, but there is nothing that would "tire" the light.
Yet if space were to expand, the speed of the light crossing it should increase proportionally, in order to remain constant.
Instead, two metrics are being derived from the speed and spectrum of the same light.
Given it is an expanding space and not tired light theory, speed is still the denominator.
One way light does redshift over distance, is as multi spectrum packets, as the higher frequencies dissipate faster. Yet that would mean we are sampling a wave front and the quantification of light is an artifact of its detection and measurement. A loading, or threshold theory.
If current cosmology is flawed, possibly the James Webb would be seeing ever further galaxies;
