What happens if the crackpot ideas do actually go mainstream?

Doesn't the basic sociology turn them from theory to doctrine?

What if your accountant could just write in a figure and call it "Dark Money,' whenever he found a gap in the books?

As this is a direct reference to the current cosmological model, can anyone with authority refute the observation that under all the fuzzy logic, it still uses light speed as denominator and spectrum as numerator?

From the NASA website;

"The most distant objects in the Universe are 47 billion light years away, making the size of the observable Universe 94 billion light years across. How can the observable universe be larger than the time it takes light to travel over the age of the Universe? This is because the universe has been expanding during this time. This causes very distant objects to be further away from us than their light travel time."

In my basic understanding of the English language, the only measure used is light speed. So what is light speed measuring, if not intergalactic space?

The underlaying premise of spacetime is the speed of light is constant in all frames. So if the frame of the entire universe is expanding, why doesn't the speed of the light crossing it increase, in order to remain constant?

Epicycles were at least brilliant math. This isn't even good math, just enforced doctrine.

The inmates have taken over the asylum.
