What if there is no good, without bad?

Pleasure without pain?

Up without down?

It seems we have both, or neither.

Good and bad are the basic biological binary of beneficial and detrimental. The 1/0 of life.

A spiritual absolute would necessarily be the essence of sentience, from which we rise, rather than an ideal of wisdom and judgement, from which we fell.

We are just little flowers on the tree of life and the price we pay to feel is that much of it is pain.
