What seems to be overlooked is that Zionism arose in Eastern Europe, as a reaction to the history of pogroms and persecution. Which essentially makes it the Jewish Hamas.

Given the creation of Israel created enormous blowback for Jews living across the Middle East and Northern Africa, it doesn't seem the issue is really Judaism, but the variety steeped in all those tribal animosities, between the Baltic and Black Seas.

The Nazis started off killing invalids and ended up killing a fair number of other people. That's what happens, when society devolves back into raw, Stone age tribalism. Aryan Nation. When it feels threatened, it elicits an immune response to anything potentially foreign, harmful or excess.

That's why the whole point of the New Testament is summed up by the Golden Rule. Matthew; 7:12, "Do unto others, as you would have them do unto you."

It was a recognition that civilization had to evolve beyond that primal tribal herd. Evidently we are still stuck in the same doom loop. Kill all the Amaluks.

Maybe the lessons will be learned this time.

Maybe not.
