When the powers that be are out to destroy their own game, why try stopping them?

Think of it as a scab, that is slowly shriveling up and will eventually peel away. The issue isn't about where this world is heading, as much as laying the foundations for the next.

I try offering up some of the ways the West in particular, but some applying to humanity in general, have created an unsustainable paradigm, though most people are not yet willing, or able to look too deep.

After ten thousand years of, 'Go forth and multiply,' we've reached the edge of the global petri dish and have to come to terms with nature being cyclical, circular, reciprocal and feedback generated, while people are linear and goal oriented.

There is no pot of gold at the end of the narrative arc, just another wave building. No one is being raptured off to nirvana/heaven/whatever. We are just going to have to pick our faces up out of the mud and start over again, a little poorer, but hopefully a little wiser.

Closer to the end of the beginning, than the beginning of the end.
