You are looking too closely at yourself and not your context. Those with power today are there because they are most adept at climbing the greasy pole of power, not that they have any vision of what to do, when they get there. Eventually this Tower of Babel with come tumbling down and those with the sense to stay rooted to the firmament will be picking up the pieces and starting over again. Hopefully a little wiser.
